Resort Units:
One bedroom resort units - 99.00 per night or 629.00 per week*. (7 nights, 4 people maximum)

Cottages:
Two bedroom cottages - 179.00 or 1129.00 per week*. (7 nights, 8 people maximum)

Advance reservations are recommended May through September. Minimum three night rental Memorial Day through Labor Day. Reservations for lodging will be held 10 days pending receipt of your deposit. If at the end of 10 days no deposit has been received, accommodation will be cancelled. A well behaved pet is allowed. There is a $40 non-refundable pet fee. A partial payment of $200 is required to hold a two bedroom cottage. A $150 partial payment will hold a resort unit. If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date we withhold the entire partial payment if the unit cannot be re-rented. NO REFUND if concellation is received 7 days or less from arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a 5% fee. Rates are subject to state and local taxes. Specific cabin numbers cannot be reserved. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

* Special discounts of 15% off the above rates will be offered before Memorial Day Holiday Weekend and after Labor Day Holiday Weekend. Three night minimum to qualify for discounts.

Exit #40 off 1-24 (Eddyville/Kuttawa exit), 3 miles west on U.S. 62, left on KY 810 for 1.5 miles to Buzzard Rock Road.
