Lodging Reservations
Reservations for lodging will be held for 10 days pending receipt of your deposit. If at the end of 10 days no deposit has been received - accommodations will be canceled.
A deposit of $150 is required for the resort units.
A deposit of $200 is required for cottages.
Deposits may be made by personal check or credit card.
Accommodations must be paid for at the time of arrival. Check-in for resort and cottages is 3 PM, check-out is at 10 AM. Anyone staying later than check-out time will be charged for another day unless cleared with front-desk in advance.
Pet Fee: $40 ( non-refundable)
* Must be 24 or older to rent
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of your deposit less a 5% cancellation fee. If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the entire deposit is withheld. If the unit is re-rented, you will receive a refund of your deposit less a 5% cancellation fee.
